We accept credit card payments via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for credit card purchases.
Upon payment, shipment will be arranged via POS LAJU MALAYSIA. Please allow for 3-7 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped.
Upon payment, shipment will be arranged via Registered Mail Pos Malaysia. On average, most international deliveries take an average of approximately 10-21 working days from the initial shipping date.
Should you need your order to be expedited, kindly contact us so we can specially arrange for express shipping (additional shipping fees are applicable).
**PLEASE NOTE that any customs, duties or taxes incurred by the customer’s country are not included in the shipping fee and are to be borned by the customer.
We will provide shipping details via email to customers once the items are shipped out.
To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure an accurate shipping address when finalizing your order. Should there be any errors in the shipping address after the order has been submitted, please contact us immediately. Bear in mind that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of inaccurate shipping details provided at the time of purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING DELIVERY
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your print received, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Items that are damaged during delivery may be returned for a replacement (of the same artwork and items) or refund. A replacement print will be shipped upon the return of the original print. Do note that customers are responsible for arranging any shipments necessary to return the original print.
